Homemade corned beef & cabbage, with boxty (shredded potato pancake) & farl (Irish soda bread).

This authentic homemade Irish dinner comes proper with homemade boxty for four people. The boxty comes with a Guinness gravy, sour cream, crispy bacon bits, & green onion. This appetizer is paired with one whole loaf of soda bread. For your main course, we have four large servings of corned beef, which comes with buttered cabbage, glazed carrots, parsley potatoes, & mustard gravy. For dessert, we've included a homemade "boozy" carrot cake, infused with Jameson Irish whiskey, & a raspberry sauce.
